Daredevils signs up Negi, Juneja and Raval


NEW DELHI: Delhi’s teenaged left-handed allrounder Pawan Negi and exciting batsmen Manprit Juneja (Gujarat) and Kuldeep Chandrakant Raval (Saurashtra) will join Delhi Daredevils in the coming Indian Premier League season, the team’s Mentor TA Sekar said here today.

Andrew McDonald moves to Bangalore


MUMBAI: The Indian Premier League (IPL) today announced the fifth transfer of the 2012 Trading window.  Andrew McDonald, the fast-medium bowling allrounder from Australia, will move from Delhi Daredevils to Royal Challengers Bangalore, for the 2012 season of the tournament. The all-rounder is leading the Melbourne Renegades in the ongoing Big Bash League in Australia.

Pietersen joins Daredevils from Hyderabad


MUMBAI, January 8: The Indian Premier League (IPL) today announced the third transfer of the 2012 Trading window.  Kevin Pietersen, belligerent batsman and former England captain, will move from Deccan Chargers to Delhi Daredevils for the 2012 season of the tournament.

Simons takes over as Head Coach of Delhi Daredevils


NEW DELHI: Delhi Daredevils has elevated South African Eric Simons, currently Team India’s bowling coach, as Head Coach ahead of the DLF Indian Premier League season that is scheduled to begin on April 4 next. Former India fast bowler T A Sekar returns to Delhi Daredevils as its Mentor after two years as Mumbai Indians’ Team Manager.
